The following are resources issued to Group Leaders prior to their visit to Ngamuwahine Outdoor Education Lodge. Group Leaders are asked to familiarise themselves with this information and may wish to pass it on to participants or the parents of participants who are under the age of 18 years. This is at the discretion of the group Leader and they may photocopy all or part of it for this purpose.

Consent Form
Every person under the age of 18 years attending Ngamuwahine Outdoor Education Lodge or participating in its activities is required to furnish a consent form for our records. You may print out copies of this form and distribute it to each minor or their Gardian.
